Experiences and Events
These departments provide event management, distinctive hospitality, and service functions that support the University's mission and enrich relationships with the Notre Dame family. They are responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of University events including Commencement, concerts, and football weekend hospitality. These departments collaborate to deliver a range of dining and hospitality including dining halls, quick-service eateries, sit-down restaurants, and accommodations on campus. Campus Dining
The University’s dining program has provided the sustenance needed to feed the campus community from its earliest days and now serves more than 15,000 students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the University through nearly 30 eating establishments, including full-service restaurants, quick-service restaurants, and cafes across the Tri-Campus network of Notre Dame and Holy Cross and Saint Mary's Colleges. Holding to the mission and values of those early days, Campus Dining serves the Notre Dame family and its guests the highest quality menu, prepared by culinary experts, sourced locally, and with a commitment to sustainability.
Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore and Retail Operations
Operated in collaboration with Barnes and Noble College, the bookstore is the source for apparel, gifts, supplies, electronics and textbooks. Locations on campus, online, at Eddy Street Commons.
Legends of Notre Dame
Steps away from Notre Dame Stadium, Legends of Notre Dame continues to celebrate the history, legend, and lore of the University. Legends is a refreshed tavern featuring a wide variety of shareables, burgers, salads, sandwiches, and a full bar while serving the Notre Dame family, local community, and guests.
Levy
Levy is the University's concession partner serving all athletic events and Notre Dame Stadium event concessions.
Licensing
The licensing team manages the University’s licensees.
Meetings and Events
Experience Notre Dame services the Notre Dame community and guests with a full-service event planning process. The team includes business development, centralized sales, reservations, hotel room and event services experts. Venues include McKenna Hall conference center, Morris Inn, Notre Dame Stadium event spaces, and other locations available around campus.
Morris Inn
Aptly referred to as the “living room of the University,” the AAA Four Diamond establishment is more than just a hotel: it embodies the welcoming spirit of Notre Dame.
Rohr's
A modern tavern located in Morris Inn, Rohr's focuses on bright, flavorful foods with nods to Notre Dame traditions throughout.
Three Leaf
As Notre Dame’s full-service catering solution, Three Leaf believes food is a shared experience, a way to connect meaningfully with friends and family. With a range of budget options, signature Notre Dame details, and Irish hospitality, Three Leaf makes gatherings memorable. Pickup and delivery catering is also available.
Weddings
The Experience Notre Dame wedding team brings couples' most important day to life in the shadow of the Golden Dome.
