Beginning Tuesday, August 13, Parking Services, the Card Office, Access Control, and NDHR reception will each be located in Grace Hall suite 101, offering a “one-stop shop” experience for new Notre Dame employees completing their I-9 verification and obtaining their Irish1Card and parking permit. This revisioned, collaborative space will provide new employees and current faculty, staff, and students with a more streamlined experience.

“We’re excited for the opportunity for these teams to collaborate in new ways and work together to truly improve the employee experience. This new space will create new opportunities for cross-collaboration between departments,” said Olivia Rosenberg, director of administration for NDPD, and Laura Picking, director of employee experience and strategic operations for NDHR.

Please note that Parking Services, the Card Office, and NDHR reception will remain open during the move. However, slower service is expected Monday, August 12. If possible, please consider taking care of your parking, card, and NDHR needs before or after August 12.

In addition to moving their services into the space formerly occupied by Café de Grasta, these teams recently rolled out other initiatives to improve the Notre Dame experience including the digital ID card and a reimagined onboarding process.
